the severe pain has gone.

I GOT UP BEFORE DAWN. Took the pony down to the Lido and surely enough the Roos were there and this time I was able to photograph them.
Come on, Girl. Said I to myself. You damned well find the beauty in it no matter what. So – saw sunrise and a full rich tide and roos and rabbits and people and campers.
And then I had sago and fruit for brekkie when I came home. Meals on Wheels from yesterday and very good indeed.
No Pills. Nothing at all.
STAYED home. The Community Nurse Chronic Group called and had me in tears. She is coming to see me tomorrow. I liked the sound of her. HUMAN.
Aged care called and they come next week to assess.
BV came for a visit and Meals on Wheels came and were delicious.
I slept. Then NW came and talked for hours.
I was not going to do the meeting and at the last moment, Julia and Jule came fetch me and so I have a pretty well rounded day.
Tired now and it is OK.
Clean. Sober. Meeting done. I know it sounds simplistic and to my mind at this stage of recovery it rings hollow – but I also know it has worked for me again and again for 28 years and 9 months. Lets try one more time.
